region of Preveza is located approximately half way down along the coast
in the Epirus region of Central Greece. It is at the tip of the Amurakikikos
Gulf.
Preveza is a lovely holiday destination and along with it's nice beaches
and those close by, it also has a very interesting nightlife.
Just to the north of Preveza you will find "Nikopolis" (The Victory
City), which is a very interesting site to visit, along with the museum.
There are also ferries that cross the gulf, taking you to Aktio, which
is a nice option for a day trip, should you be interested.
