The
region of Preveza is located approximately half way down along the coast
in the Epirus region of Central Greece. It is at the tip of the Amurakikikos
Gulf.
Preveza is a lovely holiday destination and along with it's nice beaches
and those close by, it also has a very interesting nightlife. Just to the
north of Preveza you will find "Nikopolis" (The Victory City),
which is a very interesting site to visit, along with the museum.
There are also ferries that cross the gulf, taking you to Aktio, which is
a nice option for a day trip, should you be interested.
