When you place a booking through AroundGreece.com, we need to know your
name, e-mail address, delivery address, name(s) and number of passengers,
credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to book your
holiday or flight and to keep you up to date on the dispatch of tickets
and payment progress. So that we can make the experience with AroundGreece.com
as good as possible and provide you with over and above service, AroundGreece.com
store with your consent personal information and information about the booking
and the use of our services. With your consent we may also use your contact

How Safe is it to Pay Online?
The security of your personal information and credit/debit card details
is at the forefront of the AroundGreece.com security policy. AroundGreece.com

Who Processes the Credit/Debit Card Information?
Once you have found the holiday or flight you want to book your credit/debit
card information is used either totally online or over the phone.
Booking Online:
During the online booking process your credit card information is passed
onto Barclays Merchant Services for authorisation.
Booking Over the phone:
Our experienced staff will take your credit card number and check authorisation
using Barclays Merchant Services.
Where are the credit card numbers stored? All credit card numbers are stored
in an off-line database, in a secure network not accessible via the Internet
except for submission through a secure server. The credit card details are
only used for the purpose of your booking.

staff that you can call to book the holiday or flight on your behalf. Call

Data Protection
In order to make your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements
run smoothly, and in accordance with your requirements, we need to use the
information that you provide and pass this on to your tour operator or other
supplier.
This Information may include your name, address, age and any special needs/disabilities/dietry requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of you travel arrangements such as tour operators, airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if requires be them, or as required by law.
You should be aware that where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination might not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country.
Where you provide us with sensitive information such as details of any disabilities or dietry/religious requirements, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant tour operator/supplier etc. If we cannot pass this information on the these persons, it will not be possible to provide your booking.
Once your information is passed on to the supplier of your travel arrangements (such as your tour operator) the use of the information will be subject to their own data protection policy. You may find copies of this policy within your brochure, it may be set out on your confirmation documentation, or you may request it from us.

Your ABTA travel agent will have used the information that you provide to ensure that your booking is processed correctly.
Your ABTA travel agent may hold your information and use it to inform you of offers in the future. Your ABTA travel agent may also provide your details to selected third parties for similar purposes.
For details of you agent's specific policy, please ask. If you do not wish your data to be used for any future marketing purposes, then inform your agent that is the case.

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL numbers are displayed below. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines.
